Customer Service Advisor - Financial Services
Based in Central Edinburgh
Full-Time role - Monday to Friday
6 or 9 month contract, with strong likelihood of permanent extension
£10.80 per hour + holiday pay
Search Consultancy are currently working with one of our major Financial Services clients based in Central Edinburgh to recruit a number of the above candidates. These roles will be based on-site with the client in a Covid-secure environment.
The main purpose of this role will be answering inbound customer enquiries within a contact centre.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Being the first point of contact for customers enquiring about portfolios, wraps and bonds.
* Providing world-class customer service through telephony, webchat and digital support channels.
* Problem solving & troubleshooting issues raised by customers.
* Maintaining expert knowledge and awareness of the market operated in.
In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:
* Previous experience within a contact centre - this is essential.
* Customer service focused, with solid IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organizational and problem solving skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively
