Front of House/ Reception - Bristol - £10ph / £24,000 - Temp to Perm Opportunity

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly confident, experienced Front of House/Reception professional to join this well established business in Bristol.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Communicate visitor and client arrivals to the relevant hosts promptly so that the visitor/client is met in a timely manner
* Ensure that any messages are passed on to visitors/clients as necessary
* Handle all client queries and supply them with relevant information
* Ensure the office is kept clean, tidy and presentable at all times
* Complete basic cleaning duties on a day to day basis and liaise with cleaning company on outstanding issues until resolution is found
* Carry out regular meeting room checks to ensure the rooms are presentable
* Report any faults/cleaning requests to the building management team when necessary in a prompt and efficient manner
* Assist with collating information/data for reports and ad-hoc documentation to ensure that the client/facilities management team receive appropriate information in a timely manner
* Attend team meetings throughout the year to receive updates on: new procedures, client news and the overall vision of the contract - remotely if necessary
* Update SOP guides with new procedures when relevant
* Ensure local policies and procedures remain up to date
* Complete verbal and written handovers for other team members when on leave
* Provide operational support to other teams to ensure service levels are maintained during peak periods
* Handle incoming calls/queries to the office
* Make and manage room reservations for the respective office through EMS, ensuring the correct information is detailed. Update and review bookings where necessary to ensure they are most accurate and provide the best experience to the client.
* Log and manage tasks on the clients CAFM system
* Flexibility required for ad hoc events out of hours with capacity to facilitate & coordinate events
* Basic office management duties, providing support to staff members onsite
* Provide inductions for new staff members
* Manage locker allocation onsite
* Assist with travel & taxi bookings
* Communicate with contractors/suppliers on behalf of the client
* Manage onsite Shredding & waste collection on behalf of the client
* Manage daily fruit delivery for the office
* Manage ad hoc catering requests via local catering suppliers
* AV Support for the office
* Provide training to cover team members as and when required
* Manage postal duties for the respective office ensuring all incoming post is distributed and outgoing post is managed efficiently
* Manage stationery supplies for the office via the London Support team
* Be aware of and comply with H&S legislation
* Fire Marshal & First Aid Trained
* Be aware and comply with building security procedures
* Maintain security access procedures with support from London office
* Liaise with the Front of House Manager on a weekly basis to maintain open communication between offices
