Are you fluent in French?



Our client is looking for French speaking customer service advisors to join their established team.



Based in Preston city centre you will be joining a multi-national organisation who deals with a number of global clients and their customers. As such a high level of customer service is expected at all times.



As a French speaking customer service advisor you will be responsible for the following duties:



Manage customer contacts, inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, letters and SMS meet compliance guidelines and client service levels
Show empathy, discretion and respect confidentiality of our clients and customers
Manage customer accounts by negotiating the repayment of arrears on their credit cards including following up on missed payments
Advise of the consequences of non-payment and use of strategies to avoid adverse credit rating
Meet call quality, customer experience and compliance standards




Full training will provided but to be considered for this role you must be fluent in French (verbal and written) and a have good understanding of English. You must be able to pass a credit and disclosure check too.



This vacancy is Mon - Fri, between 9am - 5.30pm (overtime is often available after completion of training) this is a temporary vacancy up to 6 months with a view to go permanent to those that perform well. Free onsite parking is available, although paces are limited.
