French Speaking Customer Advisor
based Preston City Centre
start 1st June - 6 month contract
Monday to Friday shifts between 7-7 / 37.5 hours per week
This is a great opportunity to work for a Global Financial Brand - on site parking or subsidised bus pass
* Managing customer contacts, inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, letters and SMS meet compliance guidelines and client service levels.
* Respect Data Security rules and protect customers personal information at all times.
* Manage customer accounts by negotiating the repayment of arrears on their credit cards including following up on missed payments.
* Provide them with the right information and tools based on their circumstances including self-serve options on our website and/or taking card payments over the phone.
* Direct/manage customer requests/instructions, complaints, billing disputes and questions.
Meet call quality, customer experience and compliance standards
* Fluent in English and French
* Previous customer service experience would be an advantage but not essential
