Are you fluent in French?
Our client is looking for fluent French speakers to work in their busy Preston based Call Centre.
As a French speaking Customer Service Advisor you will be representing a global financial company and offering their customers the highest level of service possible.
Our client is well known and leading customer care and financial outsourcing company who offer a bespoke service tailored to their specific geographical, regulatory and customer service requirements. Due to this they are looking to expand their French Customer Service team on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role is to secure resolution of outstanding balances through direct contact with customers (telephone and email). This will include agreeing and setting up payment arrangements and processing outstanding balances on customer accounts. This position will involve dealing with customers in France. Also provide the Team Manager with support to achieve the team's goals.
Salary is £18,000 rising to £19,000 after 12 months plus performance based bonus.
Working hours are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am - 8pm (rotational shift patterns) with 1 Saturday per month 9am-1pm.
You would need to pass a telephone interview in French before being selected for the role, this would then be subject to suitable background checks.
