Search Consultancy are excited to be recruiting on behalf of an excellent organisation based in North Lanarkshire. We are looking for French speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a newly formed team within a modern office environment.
Working hours: 6.30am - 3pm and 7.30am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. NO WEEKENDS!
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 depending on experience.
12 month fixed term contract, likely to be made permanent.
As a French speaking Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for providing a first class service to customers based in France. You will be handling inbound telephone calls and responding to email enquiries in a professional and appropriate manner.
