French Customer Service Advisor - Tourism Experience Required

Salary: £25000 per annum - Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Edinburgh City Centre

We have an amazing opportunity for a French Customer Service Advisor in Edinburgh City Centre! You will work within the tourism industry delivering exceptional group travel services for French speaking markets.

Key responsibilities:
* Full utilisation of the 'Tourplan' system to generate all client and supplier communications
* Development of relationships with overseas clients
* Quoting of ad hoc group and series business predominantly, but not exclusively, for French speaking markets
* Meeting/visiting clients
* Providing customer support via telephone
* Any other duties including, but not limited to contracting, accommodation services and processing of bookings

Experience and essential requirements:

* Fluency in written and spoken French and English (oral and written)
* 3rd level or relevant experience in similar role
* Good knowledge of the Irish and UK tourism industry products a distinct advantage.
* Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail.
* Excellent customer care and communication skills.
* Team player able to work in a busy environment.
