French Customer Advisor
Salary: £20,000 to £22,000 DOE
Opening hours: Monday to Friday

A market leader within the technology industry is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their French customer service team in Aberford. The company provide an excellent working environment, and great opportunities for growth.
As a French Customer Agent, you will:
* Handling calls from customers in a professional, efficient manner
* Taking inbound calls from customers and engineers and assisting them with technical queries Salesforce support, customer cancellations, inventory issues and sickness.
* Provide customers regular updates and feedback on issues
* Document all procedures and navigating the in-house systems
* Maintain exceptional customer service skills at all times
* Proactively monitor the in-day jobs to prevent failures
Experience in 1st line/technical support is advantageous but not essential, your enthusiasm for excellent customer service is far more important!
