My client is looking for a German speaking Sales Administrator to work for a successful business based on the Wirral. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English and have previous experience dealing with customers, processing orders and have excellent communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing orders from customers in Europe
  • Follow order process through to delivery
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships
  • Dealing with queries from French, English and German customers
  • Performing quality checks on orders and processes
  • Deliver excellent customer service skills
  • Liaising with internal departments

Person Specification:

  • MUST speak fluent German
  • Ability to speak French would be advantageous
  • Office administration background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
