Fraud Team Leader

Search Consultancy is working in partnership with a major multinational investment bank and financial services company based in Edinburgh looking to recruit a Fraud Team Leader ASAP on a full time permanent basis.

Job Description

The Fraud & Financial Crime Operations team ensures our customers receive the best fraud detection and protection in the industry. Whether this involves credit card, debit card, and/or current accounts, our operational strategies are aimed at mitigating fraud losses to the Bank and our customers.

Previous Experience & Skills

* Investigation Fraud experience required (Application fraud, First party fraud, Scam, Mules, Claims, Organized and complex fraud, Onboarding indemnity)
* Experience dealing with the contingent reimbursement model (CRM)
* Knowledge of key compliance frameworks and regulations such as AML, KYC, PEPS etc.
* Team Leader experience is required.
* Contact Centre Experience.
* Be passionate & curious about people, take extreme accountability, and think commercially.
* Lead colleagues and self, through times of ambiguity.
* Be able to drive results through colleague engagement, creating a culture of success.
* Have excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, ability to share our vision and goals.
* Be customer centric with a real focus on 'out of the box thinking' to support resolutions and inquiries.
* Digitally Savvy across different medians.
* Leadership experience preferable.
* Performance Management and Coaching.
* Experience with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools.
* Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools.

This role is shift based which will be giving 12 weeks in advance 35 hours a week between 06:30am - 10:30pm which will include morning, evening and weekend work on a rotational shift basis.
