Are you an experienced administrator who loves working in a high-volume processing and fast-paced setting?

Are you able to work effectively under pressure and prioritise your workload to meet deadlines?

Search Consultancy are recruiting for a Glasgow City Centre based client who is looking for a Fleet Disposals Coordinator. The role will require you to become the point of contact and provide advice in relation to the disposal of company assets.

You will be responsible for coordinating sales requests from local depots whilst maintaining lists for sales authorisation. You will also be required to maintain and update the approved buyers list.

You will need:

  • Strong attention to detail with experience of maintaining databases and monitoring processes
  • Experience of high-volume processing in a fast-paced setting
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in Excel and Word
