If you're looking for a full-time role working with vehicle fleets, read on. We are helping a Deeside-based company find a reliable Fleet and Asset Coordinator to join their busy team. The role will suit someone with previous Fleet management experience, and it comes with a salary of £20,000 per annum plus commission.

If you were already working as a Fleet and Asset Coordinator here, here are four things you would've accomplished today:

  • Co-ordinated installations for customers, liaising with engineers
  • Promoted and upsold services, including Fleet, Asset & Mobile Tracking, Vehicle Camera solutions, and vehicle radio communications including IP Radios
  • Liaised with providers to assist with customer queries
  • Assisted with training for customers

You will also be overseeing the customer database and booking appointments for the sales team. Contract renewals will also be one of your specialist areas, ensuring that customer end dates are not exceeded.

In order to apply for this position, you will need excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise your day efficiently. Previous experience in a fleet administrator, fleet ambassador or asset coordinator role, or another role demonstrating your ability to accurately spot problems, troubleshoot, assist customers and record data would be highly beneficial.
