I am working in collaboration with a forward-thinking and prosperous Financial Planning organisation to assist in the appointment of an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join their successful team based in the City Centre of Manchester. This opportunity has become available due to organic growth within the business, and excellent career development will be available for those committed to a career in the Paraplanning/Financial Advice arena.
The primary purpose of the role is to work hand in hand with the Chartered Financial Planners and ensure their clients are provided with the highest level of service.
You will be responsible for preparing documentation for and arranging client review meetings, processing new business, obtaining illustrations and producing client valuations. Important element of the role is also liaising with clients and dealing with queries in a prompt, efficient and professional manner.
To apply you MUST have previous experience in a similar role and sound understanding of the Financial Planning products, procedures and regulations. As far as soft skills are concerned, this opportunity would suit a self-starter with excellent communication skills and high level of initiative.
