Based in Edinburgh, predominantly remote working
Full-time position, Monday- Friday
6 month contract , then permanent opportunity for well-suited candidates
Annual salary of up to £22,000 dependent on experience
Search Consultancy are currently working with a client based in Edinburgh within the Financial Services to recruit administrators on a full-time basis, with a planned start date at the end of November. This position will be mostly working-from-home, but candidates will need to be able to come into the Edinburgh-based office for initial training and occasional meetings.
Duties involved in this role will include:
* Admin processing for the client relations team
* Administering advisor requests for letters of authority
* Proactively supporting colleague and delivering exceptional customer service
* Must have an eye for detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills - this is essential.
* Previous processing experience would be highly beneficial, ideally within the Financial Services.
* Must be reliable and have excellent time management skills.
* Must be able to effectively work in a team and provide excellent customer service.
