Working directly with the Finance Team Leader you will be on a 6 month contract and joining an organisation which has great employee benefits, a brilliant working environment, free on site parking and fair rate of pay.

The main responsibilities of the role:

  • Process Accounts Payable invoices
  • Daily banking, including reconciliations
  • Processing of multi-currency electronic payments, daily banking, standing orders, accounts payable functions on Oracle
  • Customer Service, dealing with internal and external customers
  • Work with accountants to create journals which are timely and approved
  • Generate reports from banking systems and oracle ledgers
  • AdHoc duties when required

Experience which is essential:

  • Proven track record of high volume purchase ledger/ payment processes in a multi currency environment
  • Great customer service skills
  • Experience of using Oracle, Excel or any other systems used to do reconciliations
  • Good IT knowledge and keyboard skills to maintain an accurate and timely service
  • Track record of achieving targets and solving problems
