Search Consultancy are currently working for a long standing client based in Govan who are looking to add an experienced Accounts Assistant. This role is working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm with salary depending on experience. Our client is looking for someone who is immediately available and can start as early as June.

Your responsibilities will include;

* Processing purchase ledger invoices
* Cash allocation
* Processing, logging and checking of all monthly credit card receipts and statements
* Payroll input
* Assisting accountants with monthly reporting
* Raise and allocate PO's
* Reconcile supplier accounts and deal with associated queries

Required experience:

* Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced finance environment
* Full understanding of credits and debits
* Good all round transactional finance experience
* Proven ability to process high volumes
* Excellent IT skills including MS Excel
