We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a successful Liverpool-based company. The desired candidate should be enthusiastic, driven and organized will the prospect of progressing throughout the company. As well as bringing your own impressive skill-set to the team, they are seeking an open-minded individual who is passionate to develop your financial knowledge.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior staff, as well as providing support to others within the office.
* Handling inbound and outbound calls
* Greeting and liaising with clients
* Completing client reviews
* Carrying out a range of process such as policy issues, fund switching, new business etc.
* Obtaining valuations
* Dealing with reconciliations
* Planning tasks and meetings; regularly updating database diaries
* Assisting with general administrative tasks as and when requested
* Previous administrative experience is essential
* Previous financial administrative experience is preferred
* Experience with QuickBooks and SAGE would is desired
* Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft software, especially Excel
* No weekend work
