Finance Administrator - Temporary (6 months contract)
£10 - £11 per hour
This position for a Financial Administrator in the Wakefield area would be working for a Health/Medical supplier with a great reputation. An immediate requirement for a Finance Administrator to join this excellent finance team. Dealing with clients in a professional and helpful manor, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience. Ensuring you are following company procedures you will be working effectively and efficiently.
Duties to include:
* Dealing with high volume customer queries
* Managing incoming emails
* Processing new account applications
* Inputting secure information onto the system
* Running reports for the finance department
* Processing cheques
* General administrative duties
* Reviewing credit limits
This role requires you to have good knowledge of the Financial Administrator role and be able to travel to the Wakefield area. While Working in a busy and high volume environment it is imperative that you work well under pressure and have high organisational skills. A positive attitude with strong excel and computer skills will contribute to your success in the role. Previous experience working in a finance team is advantageous however not essential.
