We are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Administrator to join a family run business based in South Liverpool. You will provide general administration support to directors and assist with all Finance related tasks.
Fund switch and new business processing
Producing policy issue's and illustrations
Meeting and greeting clients
Client review tasks
Process transfers of agencies
Reconcile fees and commission
Updating databases adding in plans and tasks
General support to directors
Processing incoming and outgoing post
Answering incoming calls
Previous finance admin experience is essential
Good attention to detail
Professional telephone manner
