Are you looking for a new role as an Finance Administrator?

The finance administrator role on offer is predominantly working from home with training offered at the city centre office location.

The organisation operates across the United Kingdom within the office products/home office market and has faced significant growth recently, reaching a milestone of processing 500,000 orders. Due to this growth, the business is looking to hire a new motivated individual who is looking to progress internally. This is a great opportunity for someone who has administrative experience and is keen to specialise within finance administration.

Duties/responsibilities:
* Emailing and calling new and existing customers regarding payment.
* Producing customer statements.
* Working closely with customer services to collect monies due when customers complaints resolved.
* Identify and flag potential customers who meet the criteria for litigation activity.
* Taking credit card payments.

Successful candidate:
* 12+ months continuous employment in a similar role.
* Microsoft office experience.
* Possess Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills and have an eye for detail.
* Thrive in a busy customer focused environment.
