An exciting opportunity has arisen within a leading product provider who is recruiting for a Field Sales Quality Officer which sits within their Individual Protection business unit.
As the Field Sales Quality Officer you will report into the Field Sales Quality Manager where you will assist in the delivery of the Training and Competency scheme to the UK sales advisers.
This is a field based position which involves frequent travel to advisers sites in this area.
Key duties include:
Conducting Risk based observations and assessments of the advisers.
Liaising with clients and advisers on issues identified from monitoring activities and provide training to ensure best practice.
Provide training to advisers who are working outside of the business KPI's in order to improve performance.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate relevant experience within
an insurance or financial services business, ideally in a sales training capacity and you must also hold a Full UK Driving licence.
The successful candidate will join a leading product provider who is offering a salary of £36,000 with additional benefits including a flexible benefits package and a performance related bonus.
