A market leading global organisation in facilities management and medical waste services is looking to recruit a talented Field Sales person to assume the role of Field Sales Executive with immediate effect, due to a restructure within the business. This organisation are a global brand with over 5000 staff and a strong history and heritage dating back several decades. They are a brand well known for being experts in medical waste disposal, and other facilities based services. This role is offering a salary range £26, 000 to £28, 000 as a base, with a £4, 800 car allowance plus a monthly uncapped bonus scheme.
Average performers in this role UK wide earn between £50, 000 and £60, 000 in total but there are some top performers that are knocking closer to the door of £100,000 in annual earnings. You will be managing the Leeds, Harrogate and york areas.
This role will suit a real relationship builder, who can genuinely influence both new customers. You will be a great rapport builder and negotiator, and will be organised and efficient to be able to manage your territory with little supervision. You will be good at seeking out and hunting out new opportunities for winning clients, and will also be good at growing existing relationships over time. You will be tenacious and diligent in working towards revenue and activity targets, and will be a good team player who will complement the culture internally.
A typical day/week will see you working with decision makers from various types of clients such as hospitals, laboratories, education, care, local government, even construction. You will meet with clients face to face and present compelling reasons for them to invest in your service. For the right person my client is flexible on industry experience provided you have drive, great communication skills, passion, great listening skills, and the right attitude and ethic. You may be early on in your Sales career face to face and want to work within this market or you may even be in a phone based Sales role looking to make the move to field sales - or you may be an experienced B2C Sales person who wants to transition to B2B. It is all about attitude !!
