My client, a leader in the employee car ownership industry is looking for the right person to run their operations across the East of England (Coventry, Leicester, Peterborough, Norwich)
This field based role will see you out where you are needed the most 3- 4 days out of 5; visiting clients to ensure they are being provided with excellence and expertise with every interaction through the customer journey.
You'll manage the end to end customer relationship; taking ownership for each interaction and work with internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
Account manage key accounts; providing seamless service delivery for issues whilst developing and growing customer relationships.
Manage all operational, regulatory and compliance documentation & reporting.
Lead client meetings and deliver key presentations and report back into the business on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role, you will have
Previous experience in an account management role is essential.
Ability to analyse and interpret data to deliver against client and commercial needs.
Flawless organisational skills.
Sound commercial and financial understanding.
Experience with working within regulative and compliance frameworks.
Create and deliver training packages and deliver bespoke coaching.
Previous motor-trade experience is highly desirable.
