The Support Worker role comes with a competitive hourly rate of £12.10 p/h, and the contract starts asap, on an ongoing basis, subject to review.
The Family Support Worker role will involve managing caseloads to ensure better outcomes for children and families. You will also supervise the contact between children and their families to ensure that the child is safeguarded during visits.
The most important thing is that you should bring a sense of care and empathy into your social work every day in your role as a Support Worker.
What you'll need to bring:
* Experience providing care to vulnerable adults and children
* Experience of working in social care or as a mental health support worker
* Knowledge of the social, emotional and developmental needs of young people
* A current, clean driving licence and access to a car, or means to support mobility
