Family Support Worker

Search Consultancy is currently looking a Family Support Worker to join our expanding team in the Rutland area. This position is on a contract basis starting as soon as possible and will last until the end January 2020, subject to review.

Salary: £14 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week

As a Family Support Worker you will supervise family time between children and their parents and family where risks have been identified, or as directed by the courts.

In this job, you will also observe and assess the behaviour and interactions of children and their families, and record and escalate concerns when appropriate to do so. As a Family Support Worker you will ensure that all family time is accurately recorded and on the child's file.

The ideal Family Support Worker will:
* Have experience in supervising contacts between children and families
* Be able to drive, unless a disability prevents you to do so
