Family Support Worker

Search Consultancy is currently looking a Family Support Worker to join our expanding team in the Stockton-on-Tees area. This position is on a contract basis starting as soon as possible and will last until the end January 2020, subject to review.

Salary: £12 per hour

As a Family Support Worker you will provide support to children under 18 years old and their families or carers within Children, Education and Social Care premises or in the wider community as appropriate. In this job you will also carry out discrete pieces of work on cases held by Social Workers such as. Parenting Assessments, as well as provide welfare support to families entitled to early learning for disadvantaged two year olds.

The ideal Family Support Worker will:
* Have experience in supervising contacts between children and families
* Be able to drive, unless a disability prevents you to do so
