Family Lawyer

A reputable and forward-thinking firm are recruiting for a senior family lawyer to join their growing team.

The firm are searching for an experienced lawyer to join one of their many offices across Berkshire and Surrey. They are a front-runner in the regions, well-known and established whilst boasting an excellent quality of work for high net worth individuals. As well as the quality of their clientele, they are also loved by the lawyers who work there. There is a lack of bureaucracy (there isn't a meaningless hierarchy) and they place priority in the investment in staff. They provide excellent training, frequently bringing consultants in to keep their lawyers at the top of their game.

The role wills see you working on a varied caseload, predominantly on complex and interesting work for high net worth individuals. You will cover the full remit of private family work (divorce, finances, children, TOLATA, etc) but are free to practise in a speciality you may have developed. As a senior member of the team, a certain amount of responsibility will fall on you to aid in the development of junior members of staff.

To be successful in your application, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least five years of post qualified experience (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
• Have a passion for family law and experience dealing with high net worth individuals.
• Be keen to hit the ground running with a busy and fast-paced team.
