Family Law Head of department
South West London
Upwards of 8 PQE
My client, a well known South West London based firm with two offices has a new exciting role for a senior family law specialist to head up the department.
This firm has a strong base of loyal clients, who regularly recommend their services to others. Most of their new clients come to them by personal referral either from existing clients or fellow professionals further solidifying their strong reputation as a firm that provides excellent service.
They are seeking a full time, experienced family solicitor to head up and further develop the family department in their South West London office, handling a mixed caseload including, divorce and financial remedy, private law children matters, cohabitee disputes and pre-nuptial agreements, with at least eight years' PQE.
You will be good at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues, taking the lead role in promoting the department and securing new work. The ideal candidate will be ambitious and have previous experience of business development and managing a team.
You will also be well-presented, given the level of client interaction, have great attention to detail, good IT skills and a pleasant and professional manner. A Family Panel or Resolution accredited specialist would be an advantage.
