Leading Firm

Experienced Family Lawyer required for innovative L500 firm with over 8 offices nationwide. You will work alongside the head of family and assist with developing the department further. As a specialist law firm they have built up many years expertise and have a thriving Family Law Department of 14 solicitors firm wide. They now require a Private Family Solicitor with proven business development and marketing skills for their London offices.

The role of Family Solicitor:

* Handle own caseload of Private family law of HNW Divorce matters
* To develop referrals from existing parts of the business which include Trade Unions and develop local business
* Maintain diary and work with a case management system

The required skills of Family Solicitor:

Extensive experience within private practice responsible for running own case load of private matrimonial and private child law matters;
Proven business development and marketing skills able to develop and implement the partner's business plan that covers HNW matrimonial work;
Experience with Medium to High Net Worth clients would be an advantage, as would a following, but are not essential;
A good understanding of the FPR and CPR to the extent that they are relevant to family cases.

* Salary is dependant on skills and experience
