4 PQE plus
Work from Home Currently

Experienced Family Lawyer required for innovative L500 firm with over 8 offices nationwide. You will work alongside the head of family and assist with developing the department further. As a specialist law firm they have built up many years expertise and have a thriving Family Law Department of 14 solicitors. They now require a Private Family Solicitor with proven business development and marketing skills for their London offices.

The role of Family Solicitor will be to:
Handle your own caseload with minimal support to include Private family law across discounted services and HNW Divorce matters
To develop referrals from existing parts of the business which include Trade Unions and develop local business
You'll get the opportunity to do your own advocacy if/when you choose to

The required skills of Family Solicitor:

* Extensive experience within private practice responsible for running own case load of private matrimonial and private child law matters
* Proven business development and marketing skills able to develop a department from scratch and implement a business plan that covers discounted legal services and HNW matrimonial work.

Other Additional Information:

* Salary is dependant on skills and experience
