A Childcare Solicitor is required for a leading regional law firm in their Middlesex office.
You will join the Family department focussing predominantly on childcare matters but a small part of the caseload will be family/divorce matters.
You should have Child Panel membership and experience managing your own caseload of Child Law work from initial instruction to fully contested final hearings.
It is likely candidates will have around 5 years PQE upwards but strong candidates outside of this may still be considered.
