Facilities Assistant - £12.10 PH - Monday - Friday - 9 am - 5 pm - Temporary Assignment

I am currently recruiting for a facilities assistant to work for a well known health care company. This is a temporary assignment with the idea that for the right candidate it is something that will go permanent. They are looking for someone who is flexible to do a mixture of duties including the facilities helpdesk, facilities within the building and to cover the receptionist desk and deal with doctors that would be coming into the building.

Duties include:
* Room set up; organising of the room, facilities of the room
* Cover the receptionist desk dealing with visitors and doctors that come into the building
* Use their booking system to book meeting rooms upon request
* Return any missed calls and direct them to the meeting rooms if that is where the call needs to be directed to

They are looking for someone with previous reception/facilities/hospitality duties and willingness and flexibility to take on more than one job role.
