Facilities Assistant
Salary: £19,000

Do you want to work for a leading solicitors in Leeds in first class offices?

Have you got experience in facilities, post room or administration?

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their team. You will have excellent administrative, customer service skills and the ability to work well as part of a team in a busy and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* To sort internal and external post for all departments within the firm
* Experienced in photocopying high volumes of documents
* Setting up meeting rooms
* To help in the unloading of deliveries to the office
* Daily visits to the bank
* All general administrative duties as and when required

* To have experience of handling confidential documents
* A good level of literacy skills
* Great attention to detail
* A fast thinker able to work off own initiative
