Earning a competitive salary of £38,000, we're looking for an experienced, passionate and committed Registered Care Manager who'll be responsible for ensuring the operational success of our client's Care in Wandsworth. As Registered Care Manager, you'll be accountable for the achievement of service delivery and growth, in line with agreed performance and financial objectives.
Our nationwide based Care client is an independent healthcare organisation delivering exceptional quality of care holistic care and support to older people with care and support needs like dementia, mental health needs, physical disabilities, learning disabilities living self-contained flats.
Some of your Registered Care Managers role and responsibilities:
? You'll work closely with your regional branch lead nurse and the nurse case managers to achieve appropriate, safe, complex care and support for your clients.
? You'll be the contact and operational Care lead, responsible for relationship building.
? You'll be responsible for multiple home-care services within the designated catchment area.
? You'll support the current client group of around 60 clients, and will play a lead role in growing the client list.

? Previous experience working with clients who qualify for continuing healthcare funding.
