Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator with a background in Exports, the ideal candidate will have experience processing numerous orders, tracking and chasing orders, shipping documentation knowledge and managing stock.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Order processing
  • Deal with customer queries
  • Liaise with internal departments, area managers and customers through telephone and email
  • Good knowledge of products available to up sell to customer where appropriate
  • Update internal system with product information
  • Liaise with customers on order requirements, stock availability, quality details, logistics and documentation
  • Ensure promotional marketing is sent out to relevant customers
  • Produce all export documentation as required by the country of destination, ensure all requirements are met for shipping
  • Experience with documentation including Shipment Advice, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Manufacture, Shipping/Delivery notes and invoices
