Our client who are one of the leading financial institutes in London are looking for an Evening Sous Chef, working within the Retail kitchen, you will be catering for between 200-300 covers an evening, covering world food with a big influence on health & nutrition.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of the evening service with a team of 3 Chefs, so strong organisational and man management skills are essential and with last minute requests you will need the ability to think on the spot. With an incredibly demanding client there is no margin for error so the ideal Senior Sous Chef should preferably come with experience within a high end B&I site, 5 star hotel or restaurant environment with strong organisational skills and a good knowledge of the latest food trends.
This is an amazing & exciting opportunity, and we are only looking for Chefs of the highest calibre with at least 2 year's experience at Sous Chef or Head Chef level within a similar corporate environment.
