We're seeking an experienced and efficient Estimator to work for a successful Utilities company in Glasgow. .The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £15.00ph. This role is temporary to begin with but will become permanent after 3 months for the right person.
Previous experience is a must, as is flexibility to assist the team on alternative assignments.
Main Duties are are:-
- Preparation of a tender documents
- Read and understand construction drawings and programmes of works.
- Agreeing tender values
- Dealing with the Client's Quantity Surveyors
- Preparing Costs /Value Analyses to estimate the profit margin for each tender.
Hours of work Monday to Thursday 08.30-16.45 and Friday 08.30-16.00
