I have recently partnered with a well-established and rapidly expanding transportation business, based in Leeds city centre in order to appoint a Employee Relations Advisor / Coordinator on a permanent basis.

Hybrid Working - Leeds/York/Manchester

Salary - Up to £38,000

You will be supporting the strategic employee relations leadership team in the delivery of a professional and progressive ER culture with particular emphasis on leading the implementation of a framework to ensure the employee councils are managed in a consistent and progressive manner - Whilst simultaneously act as management secretary for all employee councils and provide all levels of advice on policy, procedure and terms and conditions, to both the HR team and the wider business!
