Are you an ER Biased HR Advisor who loves the pace and challenge that working with a variety of ER cases can bring? If so this role could be what you are seeking.This leading multi faceted service organisation is seeking an ER Advisor to join its team and get involved with its operational area of ER issues. To be considered you will have that ER bias, but also an awareness of wider HR issues. You will be up to date on Employment law knowledge and be an effective communicator within the wide business. Scope for progression is a genuine option here, so this role could take your career to the next level. Graduate calibre ideally, also part CIPD is ideal, however not essential.
