Search Human Resources are proud to be partnering with a leading BPO business based in Central Lancashire to recruit a Senior ER Advisor. This is a permanent position paying up to £40,000
Reporting into the Head of HR the main accountabilities include:
*Large TUPE projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders
*Disability access solutions,
*Complex disciplinary & grievance and/or performance management and absence management cases,
*Support of junior team members with current legislation and management / HR best practice.
*Provide coaching and guidance to educate and drive operational line manager capability by using your knowledge and coaching ability to effectively coach managers into making their own decisions.
*Advice and support to HRMs/HRAs as well as responding to email requests for information or advice.
*Lead and/or support on ER projects, working in collaboration with other members of the HR team.
The successful candidate:
*Experience of working in similar or generalist role within a contact centre environment,
*Experienced in the practical application of up-to-date employment law knowledge to a variety of employee relations issues; TUPE, disciplinary and grievance, redundancy, settlements, performance and capability.
*Be knowledgeable enough to feel comfortable to give immediate advice that is accurate, commercially-focused and often complex, to help line managers make the right decisions, ie without referral.
*A strong communicator who's able to build great relationships and get to the essence of the issue quickly.
*Possess strong influencing skills, able to get the right balance of coaching and persuasion into every transaction.
