Environmental Health Officer

Search Consultancy is currently looking to recruit an Environmental Health Officer to join our expanding team in the Northumberland area. This position is on a contract basis starting as soon as possible until the end of June 2020, subject to review.

Salary: £29.15 per hour

Hours: 37 hours per week, flexible working

The contract is for a qualified Environmental Health Officer (EHO) to work within the Public Health Protection Unit, Commercial Team, carrying out programmed and unrated full and partial food hygiene inspections.

In this job you will be responsible for completing onsite inspection reports and aide memoire.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will:
* Be a qualified Environmental Health Officer with EHRB Certificate
* Have up-to-date food CPD, including recent E. Coli guidance training
* Due to the nature of the job, you will be required to travel across the whole of Northumberland, therefore a driving licence is required
