The Enfranchisement team sits within the Commercial Property Department which is made up of 18 fee earners who work with a broad range of interesting clients. Due to the team and firm's ongoing success, the department has established a strategic 3-year growth plan following them joining a leading UK group of legal professionals. This means clients now have access to over 900 experts as well as exciting, new service areas.
This position will see you working closely with the Head of the Enfranchisement and managing a range of leasehold enfranchisement work for valued clients. As the team develops its reputation, you will also be a key player in seeking new business, building relationships and progressing the firm as a whole. Key duties of the position include:
- Engaging with prospective clients, producing matter estimates and pre-instruction documentation
- Exercising high standards of client care and maintaining professional standards
- Attending client meetings and dealing with legal reporting
- Effective financial management on files
- Contributing to business development strategies and identifying opportunities to promote the firm within your own work and other areas
For this position, my client is looking for talented lawyers ranging from Newly Qualified to 3 years of experience within Enfranchisement, Residential Property or Property Litigation as well as previous dealings of managing and progressing matters.
