This is fantastic opportunity if you are M&A lawyer who enjoys the Energy and Infrastructure sector and is looking to specialise into this area early and join a leading team.
They do some of the most high profile and interesting cross border transactions in the market. You will benefit from having lots of responsibility and learn from experts in the field who will supervise you on deals and there is trainee support.
The salary is market leading and this is a great team to develop yourself as a lawyer.
Ideally you will have:
- At least 2 years of M&A experience
- Ideally 3-5PQE but open to considering experience outside of this range
- Preferably some experience doing some Energy and / or Infrastructure M&A deals
- Trained at a US, Magic or International law firm
- UK Qualified
- Strong academics
