My client, a leading UK and international law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join their Reading office.
The role will be broad covering the whole spectrum of employment law issues including contentious and non contentious matters. You will work a varied caseload advising major companies through to smaller private and owner-managed businesses in a wide variety of sectors including financial services, healthcare, media, IT, hotels and leisure and professional services.
You will advise on areas such as dismissals and redundancies, corporate restructuring, restrictive covenants, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, settlement agreements and employment contracts.
