You will advise predominantly corporate clients on a wide range of employment law including contentious and non-contentious matters.
You will also occasionally advise high net worth individuals. You will play a leading role in business development and marketing and will take the lead on specific projects and activities. You will draft contracts, agreements, policies and procedures and provide corporate support to clients including TUPE related matters.
The successful candidate will also prepare for tribunal cases and will have the option to do their own advocacy.
