Our client is looking for a top-flight Employment Lawyer to join them as a Senior Associate in their Central London offices. They are offering a salary of up to £80k per annum to attract the very best qualified candidates.

Our client's employment law team has an excellent reputation, having enjoyed consistently high ratings in the legal directories for several years. The collaborative team is top-rated in both the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories. Their clients range from large public limited companies to innovative start-ups.

Legal Responsibilities:

  • To apply for this role, you will be a seasoned employment lawyer with experience of mentoring and managing junior associates, setting them on the path to running the team on a day-to-day basis and with the possibility of seeing them progress to partner in the short or medium term.
  • Your workload will see you deal primarily with good corporate clients and some senior executives. Most of the work is general advisory/non-contentious (60%), with an element of a tribunal (30%) and a bit of corporate support too (0-10%).

With a minimum of 5 years PQE in employment and employee law, you will be competing for a role that gives you excellent prospects, in a company where you can prove yourself and get rewarded, showing that the sky is the limit!

To put their money where their mouth is, our client is offering a highly competitive London salary of £65k to £80k, with great benefits to match alongside working in an inclusive and progressive culture.
