My client, a specialist employment firm based in Central London and ranked in the Legal 500, are seeking 2 Employment Solicitors to join their team.
You will manage your own caseload and act for both employers and employees and deal with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will advise a diverse range of clients across a variety of sectors. Employee clients tend to be directors, senior executives and professionals. You should have experience of employment law and will be comfortable advising on contentious and non-contentious work, including discrimination and whistleblowing.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be passionate about business development and marketing.
