Our reputable Scottish client is looking to add to their successful employment team. The opportunity has arisen for an associate, or senior associate with 4+ years PQE to join their team on a temporary basis for maternity cover in Edinburgh. Solicitors considering either full time, or part time opportunities will be considered for this role.
The role will involve advising clients on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including TUPE, negotiated exits, disciplinary process and redundancy. Whilst also supporting internal teams such as commercial property, or corporate with any employment matters.
