Our reputable and well established client is looking to add to their nationally recognised employment team based in Leeds. At the this stage they are considering employment solicitors of 2 to 6 years PQE. The employment team advises clients form a broad range of industries including housing associations, central and local government, NHS and private sector organisations.
The role will involve advising on contentious and non contentious workforce matters, working as part of a national team, supporting partner leads on more complex matters whilst being responsible for your own caseload. You can expect to advise on TUPE matters, drafting agreements, support employment tribunals and advise on internal disciplinary.
