A Legal 500 City firm are seeking a talented Employment Associate to join them.
This role is suitable for a candidate interested in growing the senior executive level service. The team advise board and shareholder people issues advising owners, boards and general counsel. You will focus on high risk, sensitive and high profile issues. The role has a focus on contentious work.
The firm's sector focus includes financial services, technology and entrepreneurs. You will advise clients on a wide range of issues including discipline and termination, restraint of trade, liability management, investigations, share incentives and well being management.
Candidates should have between 3-4 years PQE and experience from a well regarded City or Regional practice as well as good academics.
Experience of business development is essential as well as excellent technical legal knowledge and good communication skills.
